The Vet­er­ans’ Admin­is­tra­tion Efforts to Resta­bi­lize Vets

On Sun­day, Novem­ber 13 at 11:0 AM, Stan­ley Wal­ton, Out­reach Spe­cial­ist to Minor­ity Vet­er­ans, will talk about the causes of home­lesss­ness among vet­er­ans and how the Vet­er­ans’ Admin­is­tra­tion is help­ing vet­er­ans become rein­te­grated into the com­mu­nity through med­ical care, job train­ing, hous­ing and other ser­vices. Stan­ley will share infor­ma­tion about the new cen­ter for vet­er­ans sched­uled to open in Novem­ber 2011 that will focus on help­ing vet­er­ans get the ser­vices they need to become destabilized.
