In just a few weeks the first of the two-part New Member Class will be offered at Hennepin Ave UMC. The first part, on June 3rd, will be focused on what United Methodism is, a bit of the history of Hennepin Church, and a tour of the building. Then on June 10th, the class will continue with discussion around how to get connected, what gifts each of us brings with us when we join, and what it means to be a member of Hennepin UMC. Both parts of the class are from 11am-1pm and include a free lunch. The first one is in the Dossal Alcove, directly under the Sanctuary, next to the Social Hall. For more information or to register, please contact Leah Rosso by calling the church or emailing her: firstname.lastname@example.org.
