New Life Adven­tures presents Hope in Action on March 30. Lori Stur­de­vant, Hen­nepin mem­ber, colum­nist and author, will dis­cuss high­lights of her book, “The Pills­burys of Min­nesota,” which recounts the impact of var­i­ous fam­ily mem­bers on the arts, busi­ness, and pol­i­tics of the state.

On Sun­day, Sept. 25, the new 50-year mem­bers will be rec­og­nized dur­ing the 9:30 wor­ship ser­vice and hon­ored after­wards at a catered din­ner in the Art Gallery. Cost is $15 and reser­va­tions are due by Sep­tem­ber 20.
