Loving Kindness Meditation

Loving Kindness meditation is a 2500 year old practice that helps us overcome self-dislike and builds proper self-love and self-acceptance. It consists of calling down blessings upon others and ourselves. As we grow in self-appreciation, we find ourselves behaving more gently and lovingly toward others. The practice makes us increasingly able to live without
fear or dislike of anyone else.
