To Set up a Twitter account, Visit http://twitter.com and click on the yellow / orange Get Started Now button on the right side of the screen.
You will be asked to complete a basic sign up form.

When your sign-up is complete youʼll see the following screen helping you find current friends on Twitter. You can skip this step by clicking on the Twitter Logo in the upper-left corner of the screen.
Once you click the logo youʼll see your twitter home screen. As you start to “follow” people on Twitter their “Tweets” will appear on this screen along with the ones you write.

You can “Follow” the Hennepin Twitter Stream by visiting http://twitter.com/haumc and clicking on the Follow button found below the Spire Logo.
